Dallas-based StreetLights Residential recently broke ground on the third phase of its newest multifamily community in Austin. Located in the rapidly growing Lakeline neighborhood in northwest Austin, the new development will have 377 apartment homes.
StreetLights completed the project’s first phases within the past few years and saw strong demand for both, with The Elizabeth opening in 2019 and The Michael opening in 2016.
“We have seen incredible success with our first two projects in the area, and we’re thrilled to get our next phase underway in Austin,” said Greg Coutant, StreetLights vice president of development. “Our newest project will be a great complement to our other Austin communities, providing a beautifully designed boutique-style home that caters to the active Austin lifestyle and neighborhood.”
Residents can choose from several floorplans ranging in size from 676 to 1,763 square feet, with one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans available.
StreetLights Creative Studio is the architect of record for the project and handling all interior design in-house. SLR Construction LLC is the general contractor.
