iSports Rebrands as The Crossover, Snags New Tenants

iSports Training and Performance Center, a 240,000-square-foot sports and entertainment complex in Cedar Park, TX, has been rebranded as The Crossover. Additionally, the development at U.S. 183A and Scottsdale Drive snagged five new tenants, in addition to Chaparral Ice and D1 Training Group of Central Texas.

According to Eric Perardi with Perardi Development, the new name focuses on the complex’s sports and entertainment make-up. “One minute, you’ll be pushing yourself full throttle, and the next, you can be sitting back enjoying a bottle. And that is entirely the point,” said Perardi, whose company is the project’s lead developer.

The Crossover’s new tenants are:

  • Reach Outcomes, 8,000 square feet
  • ROK Golf, 3,500 square feet
  • The Vessel IV Bar, 1,800 square feet
  • i9 Sports, Cenntral Texas Youth Lacrose and Lonestar Soccer Club will be renting turf fields for their programs
