Ground Breaks on 640K-SF North Quarter 35

Work is underway on North Quarter 35, a 640,000-square-foot, four-building industrial development in North Texas’ Alliance corridor. The project, spearheaded by M2G Ventures, is expected to be completed by Q4 2020. Stream Realty Partners has been tapped to lease the project, and to assist with construction.

Situated on 55 acres at 10705 North Freeway in north Fort Worth, the project “is strategically positioned on the south side of the Alliance submarket to benefit on the incredible demand the market is witnessing . . ,” said Stream Realty’s Seth Koschak. “Larger infill sites with interstate frontage, and proximity to an abundance of amenities that allow for this scale of development are simply few and far between.”

FCL Builders is the general contractor; the architect is GSR Andrade.
