Cawley Exits Five-Year Hold on Dallas’ Toll Hill Offices

JLL Capital Markets recently closed the sale and financing of Toll Hill Office Park, a two-building, Class A office campus totaling 248,045 square feet in Dallas. The firm represented seller Cawley Partners, which is exiting a five-year hold, and procured a five-year, floating-rate structured acquisition loan for the buyer, Canada-based Balfour Pacific Capital. Terms weren’t disclosed.

The recently renovated Toll Hill Office Park is located at 5310 and 5440 Harvest Hill Rd. The property will be an extension of DallasMidtown, a planned urban development that will include hike and bike trails connecting to White Rock Lake, parks and open space, luxury hotels, office towers, luxury condo units for sale, a 10-screen AMC movie theater, boutique shopping, restaurants and entertainment venues.

The JLL investment advisory team representing Cawley was led by Parker McCormack. JLL’s Jason Piering and Will Mogk arranged acquisition financing.
