Bouldin Creek Embodies What Appeals to Austin

Bouldin Creek, a 165,000-square-foot class-A office building at the northeast corner of South Lamar Boulevard and West Oltorf St. in South Austin, is now complete. Co-developers Manifold Real Estate and OakPoint Real Estate acquired the land in 2018 and managed the ground-up development process. OakPoint will manage the property moving forward.

The building was constructed by White Construction Company and designed by Michael Hsu Office of Architecture, with Studio8 Architects serving as the architect of record for the project and Nudge Design providing landscape design. Unico is the new owner of Bouldin Creek.

“Bouldin Creek embodies the kind of development the Austin market is responding to right now: ideal location, access to green space and a high-quality design that puts the health of employees first,” said Sarajane Goodfellow, market leader and director for Unico. “This is the first of many ventures for Unico in the Austin market, and we look forward to identifying more opportunities for meaningful placemaking that preserves and builds on Austin’s eclectic culture for a new generation.”
