Biel Partners Expands Reach to West Texas

Biel Partners LLC is expanding its commercial real estate presence to West Texas, with plans to open a full-service brokerage office in Midland. Midland resident Alex Perry, recently promoted to Biel VP, is tapped to head the new downtown office.

“West Texas, and Midland, in particular, have been historically underserved from a commercial real estate standpoint,” said John K. Bielamowicz, founder and president of Dallas-based Biel Partners.

He continued, “Alex is the best person to lead this office, as he is resourceful, educated and experienced. His patience, and ability to bring people together, are important skills as Biel builds its West Texas footprint.”

Perry joined Biel Partners in 2015, bringing expertise in office/industrial tenant representation, land acquisition and investment sales to the company. He’ll continue to handle his current Dallas-Fort Worth client portfolio, even as he focuses on West Texas.
