150 Units Will Serve Low-Income Princeton Residents

As rental housing demand continues to soar in Princeton and surrounding areas, Princeton Crossroads located at 149 Princeton Crossroad will benefit from residents’ ongoing migration to the suburbs and the surrounding Dallas-Fort Worth metro in search of lower costs of living. Half of the units will be reserved for residents earning less than 80 percent of the area median income.

The NRP Group recently broke ground on the 300-unit multifamily community. Princeton Crossroads is being developed in partnership with Texoma Housing Partners and will consist of a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging from 610 to 1320 square feet. Initial lease-up of the community is expected to occur in the spring 2022, with final completion in fall 2022.

Construction financing was provided by Amegy Bank of Texas.
