The Henderson Buildings Site in DC’s Mount Pleasant Up for Sale 

The Henderson Buildings and site in Mount Pleasant, Washington, DC., is up for sale. The Holy Spirit Association for the Unification of Christianity owns the asset.  

Located at 3220 16th St NW, 3224 16th Street NW, and 1604 Park Road NW, The Henderson Buildings, covering an area of 40,402 square feet, consist of a three-story former embassy. It currently accommodates two public charter schools and a daycare, occupying approximately 34,000 square feet of space. The facilities include classrooms, administrative areas, and three kitchens. With a maximum floor area ratio of 3.5, the site allows for the potential development of up to 81,683 square feet. 

CBRE’s Michael Zacharia, Reilly Hudson, and Erika Dalisera, will be marketing the property on behalf of the owner.
