Squire Technologies Inks Full-Building Lease on Lower East Side

Cushman & Wakefield arranged a long-term, full-building lease for Squire Technologies, Inc. at 216 Bowery, a new boutique office redevelopment on Manhattan’s Lower East Side. The tenant, which provides a fully integrated software platform designed for booking, payment and management of barbershops and salons, will occupy a total of 10,129 square feet, consisting of 2,055 square feet of ground floor retail space and 8,074 square feet of office space on floors two through five. 

The Cushman & Wakefield team of David Hoffman and Sam Hoffman represented the tenant. Ethan Silverstein, Greg Kuhlman, Caroline Collins, Steve Soutendijk, Chris Schwart and Sean Moran, also of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the landlord. 

“216 Bowery will be the new world headquarters for Squire Technologies, a rapidly growing fintech company specializing in systematizing bookings, point of sale, accounts payable and many other unique features for barbershops,” said David Hoffman.
