Spaces Will Bring Shared Office Center to Plano’s Legacy Central

Coworking brand Spaces has signed up for more than 48,000 square feet at Regent Properties’ Legacy Central project in Plano. The deal to create a major shared offices center at the project brings Legacy Central to more than 50% leased.

The coworking company, a unit of Amsterdam-based International Workplace Group, will join Samsung, Peloton and several other tenants in the office buildings, which are a redevelopment of the former Texas Instruments campus at U.S. 75 and Legacy Drive.

The Spaces lease, said Regent CEO Eric Fleiss, is “a testament to the dynamic, creative office environment and unmatched amenity set Legacy Central has to offer. They are a great addition to our already diversified tenancy.”

In addition to the upcoming Legacy Central location, Spaces also occupies 31,000 square feet at the West Plano Village project. It has also a large coworking space in Dallas’ Uptown district.
