Sares Regis Adds Trio to Development Team in Bay Area

Sares Regis Group of Northern California (SRGNC) continued to expand its commercial division with a trio of new Bay Area hires for southern Peninsula projects. Joining the San Mateo-based developer are Yuning Pathman, Joseph Almirantearena and Eric Tecza.

SRGNC’s Jeff Birdwell (pictured above) says, “Demand for new office space in Silicon Valley has continued unabated, and Sares Regis has been lucky to find talented individuals that will successfully see these projects to completion. Yuning, Joseph, and Eric will help our clients achieve their goals to create some of the most iconic new headquarters in Silicon Valley.

Pathman, who joins from Webcor Builders, will work on the development of Adobe’s new, 650,000-square-foot campus in San Jose.





Almirantearena will work on several corporate projects in Sunnyvale. He joins from Lendlease, where he spent 17 years working on large projects such as Santana Row, One Rincon Hill and Lumina.

Tecza, who joins from Grosvenor Americas, will work on projects for Guidewire Software in San Mateo and Los Altos Community Investments.
