Chicago-based developer Moceri+ Roszak, in partnership with Thomas Roszak Architecture, has delivered condominium homes and delivered a fully decorated condominium model and owner-exclusive amenities, at Parkline Chicago.
Located at 60 E. Randolph St. in Chicago’s Loop, the new-construction, 26-story luxury tower features 24 condominium homes atop 190 apartments and 6,400 square feet of ground-floor retail. Building construction was completed in April and the apartments are now 60% leased.
“Parkline Chicago is the only new-construction luxury condominium and apartment tower opening this spring in the Loop, providing a rare opportunity to live in a new home in this iconic location,” said Thomas Roszak, partner of Moceri + Roszak. “Emerging from the pandemic, buyers are ready to move to the city and enjoy vibrant downtown living, where they can walk to dining, shopping, museums, offices, and events and recreation at Millennium Park, Grant Park and Lake Michigan.”
