Middle Eastern Restaurant Naya Secures 2K-SF on Wall Street

Newmark Retail has secured a 2,200-square-foot location for the Middle Eastern-inspired restaurant Naya at 75 Wall Street in the Financial District. Newmark’s Darrell Rubens facilitated the transaction on behalf of the landlord, The Hakimian Organization. RIPCO Real Estate’s Jon Paul Pirraglia represented the tenant in the transaction.

Founded by Hady Kfoury in 2008, Naya is a quick-serve concept related to the original fine dining restaurant Naya Mezze & Grill. The tenant secured a long-term lease for the entirety of the ground floor retail space. 75 Wall Street features 120 feet of frontage and 18-foot ceilings. The building, a 42-story mixed-use tower, offers direct access to hotel rooms and residential units.

“Naya’s attraction to this premier property at 75 Wall Street was due to its prime location near the neighborhood’s extensive amenities,” said Rubens. “The tenant also recognized the proven success of neighboring Sweetgreen, Joe & The Juice, La Colombe and Cava, making this location an ideal fit.”
