Marcus & Millichap has completed the sale-leaseback of a 9,231-square-foot medical office property leased to Stonebrooke Family Physicians in Rochester Hills, Michigan.

“The Stonebrooke Family Physicians property was very desirable to investors because of the long-term lease, quality of the practice and strategic location in Rochester Hills,” said Seth Haron, first vice president of investments. “The building was recently updated, is a state-of-the-art facility and is easily accessible to patients with quick access to M-59 and I-75.”

Haron, Darin Gross and Ashish Vakhariya, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Detroit office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, and procured the buyer. The office property, located on 0.93 acres at 2940 Crooks Road, was built in 2005. The building features 7,431 square feet of clinical space on the first floor and 1,800 square feet of administrative space on the lower level.
