Litigation Specialist Joins Fried Frank’s Real Estate Team

Emilie B. Cooper has joined Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP as a partner in the real estate litigation practice and member of the litigation and real estate departments. She will be based in the firm’s New York office in Lower Manhattan.

Prior to joining Fried Frank, Cooper was a partner at Haynes and Boone, LLP in its litigation and real estate litigation practices.

At Fried Frank, Cooper will represent both plaintiffs and defendants in the real estate and hospitality industries in high-stakes litigations and arbitrations. She will also advise clients concerning the potential litigation implications of their agreements and transactions.
