Land Advisors Organization Brokers 70-Acre Utah Development Site Deal
Woodside Homes acquired a 70.4-acre residential development site in the Shoreline community in Syracuse City, UT from CW Land. The deal adds 543 new single-family residential home lots to the community.
The Shoreline community is situated just west of the 2700 S. and 3000 W. intersection, roughly 30 miles north of Salt Lake City.
Land Advisors Organization’s Zach Hartman, who represented the seller, says, “With high demand for single-family homes in the Wasatch Front, this development will bring much-needed residential home lots to the area.”
He notes the neighborhood is in a desirable location, near Antelope State Park and adjacent to the new West Davis Corridor. The community will provide better connectivity to major employers in Downtown Salt Lake City and neighboring cities.
