Ivanhoé Cambridge Expands to NYC with New Hire
Montreal–based Ivanhoé Cambridge is expanding its business presence to New York City, focusing on accelerating value creation within its U.S. portfolio, valued at around $28 billion. By establishing a presence in the city, the company aims to be closer to its assets, partners, and local market intelligence.
Michael Caracciolo has been appointed vice president of asset management and head of the New York Office, with the goal of optimizing the company’s asset management activities in the U.S. and acting as a key representative in the local market. Caracciolo xspent 18 years at Tishman Speyer, where he most recently served as the head of asset management for Studio, their flexible office platform.
“The decision to add an office presence in New York City reflects the evolution of where our business is today and where we strive to be in the future,” said Nathalie Palladitcheff, president and CEO of Ivanhoé Cambridge.
