Icon Parking Renews Lease in Upper East Side 

Icon Parking Systems has renewed a long-term lease for 225 subterranean parking spaces at Manhattan House, a cooperative condominium building in Manhattan’s Upper East Side, with Macquarie Asset Management. 

Icon Parking Systems has been providing parking services at Manhattan House since 2008 and operates more than 200 parking facilities across Manhattan. 

Macquarie was represented by Brian Ezratty of Newmark in lease negotiations.
