HCB Realty Partners Facilitates Light Industrial Purchases

HCB Realty Partners has facilitated the recent purchase of two light industrial warehouses in Chicago.

Brian Etten of HCB Realty represented a commercial photography studio in the purchase of a 7,900-square-foot warehouse in the Avondale neighborhood. The property features 18-foot ceilings, full masonry construction and dedicated parking. It will be utilized as the company’s new headquarters.

Etten also represented a digital media company in the purchase of a 6,900-square-foot West Loop warehouse. The property features a clear-span barrel truss warehouse with two loading docks. The new owner is planning a complete renovation of the property.

HCB Realty Partners is a locally owned and operated industrial real estate firm that specializes in brokerage, portfolio management, and property management services. It serves clients throughout Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana.
