CBRE advised on the sale of Tosa Health Center, a 100,977-square-foot Class A medical office building located at 1155 N. Mayfair Road in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. The buyer was Hammes Partners, one of the leading institutional investment management firms focused on the U.S. healthcare real estate market.

Chris Bodnar, Brannan Knott, Mindy Berman, Zack Holderman, Cole Reethof, Trent Jemmett and Jesse Greshin of CBRE U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets partnered with Devin Tessmer of CBRE’s Milwaukee Advisory and Transaction team to act as the exclusive advisors to the seller.

The three-story facility is fully leased to the Medical College of Wisconsin. “Hammes and the Medical College of Wisconsin have a long-standing relationship, and this was an opportunity for Hammes to partner with MCW on a strategic Class A medical facility,” said Brannan Knott, an Executive Vice President with CBRE’s U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets practice.
