Fulfillment Business Grows into Prologis-Owned Bloomingdale Facility

Cawley Chicago principal Andrew Maletich recently helped his client, Trestle Fulfillment, expand its business into more than 78,000 square feet of space. Trestle has more than doubled its space requirement in two-and-a-half years, and the company will call the Prologis-owned Bloomingdale Business Center home for the next 10 years.

“I wanted to make it as easy as possible for Trestle to be able to expand their rapidly growing business when I represented them a little over two years ago and Prologis was able to help us fulfill those expansion needs,” said Maletich.

Al Caruana, Britt Casey and Jeff Matella with Cushman and Wakefield, represented Prologis in this transaction.
