Former Farmers Branch Tuesday Morning warehouse to receive major revamp

Former Tuesday Morning Warehouse Undergoing Major Revamp

Not long ago, the industrial property on Inwood Road in Farmers Branch was a thriving last-mile distribution center for one of the country’s best-known cut-rate retailers. Real estate investment firms M2G Ventures and Pennybacker Capital are now redeveloping the 1.1 million square foot industrial property, once owned by the now-bankrupt Tuesday Morning.

Inbound on Inwood is a 46-acre assemblage that offers a range of leasing options, from 7,000 square feet to its total 1.1 million square feet. It includes space for parking, offices and options for front-load, rear-load and cross docks.

Lee and Associates and Rich Young Company are working together on the leasing assignment for the former Tuesday Morning distribution facilities.
