evoJets Lands Full-Floor Office Space in Gramercy Park

JLL has completed a lease for approximately 3,982 square feet of office space at 220 E. 23rd St. in Manhattan’s Gramercy Park neighborhood on behalf of A. Shalom Realty & Management Company.

evoJets, a private aviation company that provides on-demand jet charter services nationally and internationally, will occupy the entire 13th floor penthouse of the property. The company was founded in Aspen, CO in 2006, and is headquartered in New York City.

The JLL team of managing director Bill Korchak, SVP Edward DiTolla and associate VP Henry Warner represented the landlord in negotiations. evoJets was represented by Avison Young’s Peter Johnson and Leah Zafra.

“Flexibility has proven to be a key factor in attracting high-caliber tenants such as evoJets to 202 E. 23rd St. where the convenience of a move-in ready office positions the property to outperform other Class-B assets in the market,” said Korchak.
