EōS Fitness has signed several new leases in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and another in San Antonio. Details for the Dallas locations are: 

• EōS Fitness has signed in South Dallas at 3450 Bainbridge Drive. Segovia Partners facilitated the lease for the new EōS location, which is set to open in 2026. The 40,000-square-foot gym will be located in the Wheatland Towne Crossing shopping plaza alongside major retailers such as Target, Ross Dress for Less and PetSmart.
• EōS Fitness secured a 42,500-square-foot retail lease to open Saginaw’s largest fitness center in 2026 at the northeast corner of East Bailey Boswell Road and Millstone Road. The retail hub includes major sellers like Walmart, Kroger Marketplace, Albertsons, Aldi and Sprouts.
• EōS Fitness has signed a new long-term retail lease for a 40,000-square-foot facility at the southwest quadrant of Altamesa Boulevard and Chisholm Trail Parkway and will operate as a co-tenant alongside BJ’s Wholesale Club. The lease transaction was brokered by Segovia Partners.  
• In San Antonio. EōS Fitness secured a new 38,602-square-foot retail lease off Loop 1604 at 11761 Bandera Road, replacing the former Gold’s Gym location at Bandera Pointe.
