Core Spaces (“Core”), in partnership with Capstone Communities, announced a new master-planned, mixed-use development in Midtown Atlanta, located near Georgia Institute of Technology. 

This multi-phase development will transform one of the last major undeveloped sites in Midtown into student housing. The first phase, led by Core, will include 1,600 beds and over 5,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. 

The planned development will offer layered amenities and street-level retail. It will also include a third-floor amenity deck.

Dwell Design Studio has been selected as the architect for Phase 1, slated to be completed in 2029. Capstone Communities will lead Phase 2 of the development. 

The Core ecosystem includes student housing, build-to-rent single-family homes, and ancillary businesses. Capstone Communities specializes in the development, construction and management of student housing, multifamily and mixed-use town centers across the country.
