Connect Apartments Publication Brings Focus to Colorful CRE Sector

National  + Healthcare  |

Building on the success of its comprehensive Connect Healthcare, Connect Media will start distribution of its second specialty publication this month. The Connect Apartments newsletter will provide the latest news, trends and must-have information concerning commercial real estate’s apartment sector. Following the Aug. 10, 2017 launch, this free newsletter will be blasted to more than 25,000 subscribers on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month.

“Multifamily has a huge impact on commercial real estate, and there are many stories to tell. If you build, buy, design, sell, lease, finance or manage, you will want to stay informed,” said Daniel Ceniceros, president and founder of Connect Media. “I’m delighted we can produce this publication, and keep our readers in-the-know about this fascinating and varied apartments sector.”

Connect Apartments will cover everything from development to sales, student housing to condominiums, affordable housing, and more. This timely newsletter will also provide information about the latest hires and trends impacting the sector.

Amy Wolff Sorter, Connect Media’s Texas content manager and former marketing communications manager with apartment and student housing research company Axiometrics, is Connect Apartments’ editorial director. In that role, Amy brings years of experience in real estate reporting and multifamily to the content side. Also on the team is Connect Media’s Emily Lettieri, who brings her extensive knowledge about the multifamily sector to oversight of the publication and Connect Media multifamily events: Connect Texas Multifamily on Aug. 24 in Dallas; and Connect Apartments, Sept. 28 in Los Angeles.

Connect Apartments content is available online, and twice monthly, to subscribers via email.
