Connect Adds Content Leader Sule Aygoren to CREative Team 

Deepening the bench strength of its Connect CREative platform, Connect Media has brought in Sule Aygoren as an account executive. The veteran of more than two decades in commercial real estate will focus on client content and communications strategy for Connect CREative’s current and future clients. 

Sule has been writing about CRE since 2001. She served in senior roles with ALM’s real estate media platform for more than 10 years, including six years as editor-in-chief of the Real Estate Group, where she oversaw editorial direction and content strategy across the division’s print, digital and events platforms, reaching an audience of 250,000 professionals in CRE and related industries. 

“We are thrilled to welcome Sule to our Connect CREative team,” said said Daniel Ceniceros, founder and CEO of Connect Media. ‘Her long experience in CRE media and her reputation as a go-to authority will be invaluable assets as we expand the reach of our content strategy platform.” 

Connect also recently added two marketing and digital veterans. As corporate marketing director, Tyler Sarter will oversee all aspects of marketing, branding, communications, and business development efforts. He joins from Bisnow and has significant experience coordinating corporate relationships and overseeing investor relations and the acquisition of new investments in the commercial and residential real estate industries.  

Joining Connect as digital marketing manager, Tim Rodriguez will lead the company’s digital marketing strategy operations with responsibility for integrating digital assets, raising brand awareness, collaborating on marketing campaigns, leading digital activation projects, and measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of digital channels. He also oversees the company’s ongoing expansion efforts into emerging markets.

About Paul Bubny

Paul Bubny serves as Senior Content Director for Connect Commercial Real Estate, a role to which he brings 13-plus years’ experience covering the commercial real estate industry and 30-plus years in business-to-business journalism. In this capacity, he oversees daily operations while also reporting on both local/regional markets and national trends, covering individual transactions across all property types, as well as delving into broader subject matter. He produces 15-20 daily news stories per day and works with the Connect team and clients to develop longer-form content, ranging from Q&As to thought-leadership pieces. Prior to joining Connect, Paul was Managing Editor for both Real Estate Forum and at American Lawyer Media, where he oversaw operations at both publications while also producing daily news and feature-length articles. His tenure in B2B publishing stretches back into the print era, and he has served as Editor in Chief on four national trade publications. Since 1999, Paul has volunteered as the newsletter editor of passenger rail advocacy groups (one national, one local).
