Clear Height Taps Avison Young to Sell Seven-Building Industrial Portfolio

Clear Height Properties has named Avison Young to market for sale a seven-building, 450,034-square-foot infill industrial portfolio located across Chicagoland. The buildings are located in the O’Hare, North Chicago, North Cook, and Central DuPage submarkets.

Avison Young’s Erik Foster and Mike Wilson, principals in the Chicago office and members of the national industrial capital markets practice, along with Adam Haefner, Principal of industrial brokerage, are marketing the portfolio for Clear Height.

Joe Young, Clear Height’s VP of asset management and acquisitions, said, “We’ve met the objectives of the business plans for these assets and believe now is the time to assemble and market this portfolio for sale given the demand for industrial real estate in Chicago.”

The seven properties have been assembled into a portfolio to be attractive to a broader investor pool and create an immediate sense of scale for a potential buyer.
