Chicago Multifamily Assets Being Marketed by Pioneer Realty Group

Pioneer Realty Group has been named the exclusive sales representative for two multifamily buildings in Chicago. The neighborhood buildings are being listed by Helen Bailey, managing broker at Pioneer, and the firm’s property management division has leased and managed the properties since 2019.

The first building is a newly redeveloped six-unit building in the Roscoe Village neighborhood. It features one commercial unit and five residential units. The property, located at 2120 W. Belmont Avenue, was originally developed in 1903 and totals 8,330 square feet, including a 1,250-square-foot retail space that is leased on a long-term basis.

The second building is a four-flat apartment building in the Wicker Park neighborhood located at 2257-59 West Hirsch. Originally developed in 1880, it totals 3,300 square feet and features two fenced outdoor areas, a patio and a yard.

“These types of listings continue to be popular investment opportunities because of the ongoing demand for residential units, especially when the buildings are enhanced by strong performing ground-floor retail spaces,” said Bailey.
