Century Investments Plans 24-Story Tower in Brentwood

Century Investment Plans 24-Story Tower in Brentwood

Century Investment, LLC is looking to make some big changes along Wilshire Boulevard, proposing a 24-story, mixed-use building in Brentwood, CA. The firm would raze the current two-story shopping center and erect Wilshire Barrington, a 152-unit residential tower with 67,000 square feet of office space and 7,000 square feet of ground floor retail.

Urbanize LA reports the proposed project would consist of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments as well as garage parking for 397 vehicles. Century Investment will also set aside 16 of the units for occupancy by extremely low-income households.

AC Martin is designing the project, which appears to be a modern glass high-rise as depicted in early renderings. The offices would be located on floors 5-7, with residences above. Community amenities planned include a swimming pool, fitness area and rooftop patio.
