CBRE Enlisted to Market Brandywine’s Broadmoor Office Component

Brandywine Realty Trust hired CBRE to handle leasing and marketing services for office space at its Broadmoor development in northwest Austin. CBRE’s Troy Holme, Katie Ekstrom and Casey Ford will initially market Block A, consisting of a 330,000-square-foot office building, and Block L, which can accommodate up to 1.2 million square feet of office space.

Located at Palm Way and Burnet Road across the street from the Domain, Broadmoor is a 66-acre, mixed-use, transit-orient development. Upon buildout, the project will offer three million square feet of office, three million square feet of multifamily, 400,000 square feet of retail, 250,000 square feet of hotel space and nine acres of green space, all connected to a metro rail station.

“Once complete, Broadmoor will be a thoughtfully-planned, transit oriented mixed-use project,” Holme said.

Brandywine also recently enlisted the help of JLL to market and sell the development’s retail component.
