Cawley Chicago Lines Up Lincolnshire HQ for Radio Network

Cawley Chicago recently completed a 25,229-square-foot office sale of a property located at 680 Barclay Blvd. in Lincolnshire, IL. The firm’s Rawly Lantz and Justin Harris represented the buyer, Relevant Radio, in its search for headquarters closer to its local radio operations.

“We appreciated the opportunity to counsel Relevant Radio’s executives on their recent HQ purchase,” said Lantz. “In a rather quick transaction, we were able to identify multiple options, but quickly narrowed down the list to the final contender. 680 Barclay was an excellent fit to their company image and we expect Relevant Radio will call the building home for a long time to come.”

Mason Hezner with Brown Commercial represented the seller in this transaction. Terms of the sale weren’t disclosed.
