CA Senior Living Launches Cleveland-Area Community

CA Senior Living LLC, the senior housing investment and development division of Chicago-based CA Ventures, has begun construction on a 192-unit senior living community in Mayfield Heights, OH, 13 miles east of Cleveland.

The two-story building at 6200 Landerhaven Dr. reportedly will be the first in the market to offer standalone independent living, assisted living and memory care, and is expected to open in summer 2020.

“With a broad range of housing options and condominium-quality finishes, this community will appeal to a wide population of older adults who are looking for a modern residential experience that allows them to age in place and, in many cases, remain close to family members who live nearby in the Cleveland metro,” said Ben Burke, president of CA Senior Living.

The new development will offer 100 independent living, 60 assisted living and 32 memory care residences.
