Becovic Adds Another Courtyard Property to Rogers Park Portfolio

Becovic Residential, a Chicago-based multifamily owner and operator, has added a three-story corner courtyard multifamily building to its Northside portfolio. The Damen Fargo, located at 7381 N. Damen in Chicago, sold for $4 million.

The transaction was brokered by Matt Feo and Rick Ofman with Chicago-based Essex Realty Group and financed by Associated Bank. Becovic Management Group will be managing the property.

“We’re so happy to add another beautiful courtyard property – something Rogers Park is known for  – to the rest of our community offerings,” said Becovic’s president, Sal Becovic.

Built in 1929, the building’s 34 residential unit mix includes 27 two-bedroom units and seven three-bedroom units. All units have spacious floor plans with renovated kitchens, baths and hardwood flooring throughout.
