It won’t be just fields and indoor multi-purpose structures. Agora Realty & Management says it has the financing for a massive ground-up mixed-use development in North Las Vegas, with an emphasis on sports.

The concept for Hylo Park combines a variety of housing options, including entitlements for 1,300 residential units with 37 acres dedicated to a residential community. The neighborhood will have a grocery-anchored retail center, restaurants, and commercial services. It also includes Champion Square, a sports village and public plaza that elevates the concept of “sports-entertainment” to support youth and amateur athletes as well as semi-pro teams and competitions.

This sports concept at the heart of Hylo Park involves a multi-purpose sports rink and a separate field house. The square will also include shops, restaurants, and service-oriented retail near an extended-stay hotel. Construction is now set for mid-June 2024.
