Addition of Affiliates ADMI and Hoffman Boost X Team Platform

X Team Retail Advisors recently added two new affiliates including ADMI Inc. and Hoffman Strategy Group which bring retail brand, hospitality, mixed-use and themed entertainment expertise. The additions boost the number of companies now part of X Team’s platform to 37.

“These latest additions expand X Team’s national footprint at a time when the retail sector needs the advisory expertise and senior leadership of an integrated team that collaborates together on assignments across the country,” said Velocity’s Dave Cheatham, who serves as president of X Team Retail Advisors.

Morgan Hill, CA-based ADMI Inc. specializes in advising and managing the development of themed entertainment, retail, hospitality and mixed-use projects. The firm has more 80 employees residing in 13 states, and is led by Allen D. Moyer, president and CEO.

Hoffman Strategy Group offers unified services to property owners, developers, and investors. The firm is led by Jerry Hoffman in Lincoln, NE, Dan Sheridan in Newport Beach, CA and Jeff Green in Phoenix
