Frisco Station MOB breaks ground

$50M Frisco Station MOB Starts Construction

Cambridge Holdings started construction on The Frisco Station Medical Office Building. The new $50 million medical center is located next to The Star in Frisco, at the northwest quadrant of Dallas North Tollway and Warren Parkway. It’s expected to open in late 2026. Initial designs for a medical office were proposed in 2021. Perkins & Will is the architect for the building, and Rogers-O’Brien Construction is the general contractor.

The Dallas Business Journal reports the new building marks the first project in the forthcoming health and wellness district, part of the larger 242-acre Frisco Station development.

Transwestern Real Estate’s Chris Lipscomb and Cambridge’s Steve Wheeler are handling leasing efforts at the medical center.

Cambridge Holdings has already secured anchor tenants for the 85,800-square-foot hospital building. They include Compass Surgical Partners, Orthopedic Institute of North Texas and Lam Vascular & Associates, which will operate a 13,200-square-foot surgery center and clinic space.
