LPC Contracts Equiem for Tenant Engagement

Pacwest recently underwent a renovation of its common spaces, lobby, fitness center and shared amenity spaces. Dallas-based Lincoln Property Company (LPC), which manages the 30-story 550,000-square-foot class-A office tower, was keen to add more services for the building’s occupants in conjunction with the upgrade.

LPC contracted property technology company Equiem to roll out its tenant engagement platform at 1211 SW 5th Ave. in Portland. Available to users via a custom-branded desktop platform or mobile app, Equiem acts as a full-service technology, engagement and operations platform, providing tenants with access to a variety of services, events and experiences.

This platform includes submitting facility requests such as access to Bike Hub or the fitness center, digital building, amenities and regular community events. In addition, Equiem provides content directly to tenants, and allows users to directly book shared amenity spaces such as the tenant lounge, outdoor terrace, conference room and training center.
