Nicola Wealth, a Canadian-based financial planning and investment firm, has selected Kidder Mathews to manage the Studio 7500 building. This brings the total square footage managed by Kidder on behalf of Nicola Wealth to nearly 1.5 million in Washington, California and Arizona.
Mike Grainger, a senior vice president with Kidder Mathews, is the senior property manager assigned to lead the property management team for Studio 7500.
