Denver Investor Makes Initial Foray into Evergreen State
The Perry and Chroma SLU apartment communities in Seattle have traded hands for a reported $210 million. Denver-based Daydream Apartments was the buyer, while the seller was Vancouver, WA-based Holland Partner Group, which developed the properties.
The assets are Daydream’s first acquisitions in Washington. Daniel Cohen, founder and CEO of Daydream Apartments says, “The Perry and Chroma SLU are perfect additions to the growing Daydream portfolio.”
Located in the First Hill submarket, The Perry (pictured) is a 17-story, 209-unit high-rise property located at 1001 Minor Ave. The asset was completed during 2019, and offers state-of-the-art amenities and roughly 6,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
Chroma SLU is a colorful, seven-story, 275-unit mid-rise property located at 1212 Harrison St. in the South Lake Union submarket. Chroma was developed during 2018.
The properties offer studio, one and two-bedroom apartments in highly desirable urban neighborhoods.
