The Seattle office of Trammell Crow Company, in partnership with Washington Capital Management on behalf of its clients, recently completed Boren Lofts in Seattle. The life science research building, which spans 10 stories and 136,217 square feet, is located at 1930 Boren Ave. in the Denny Triangle neighborhood.
“Boren Lofts is a unique project located in one of the best neighborhoods in Seattle. Denny Triangle represented the convergence of Seattle’s CBD and technology core, putting tenants in the heart of the local workforce and close to some of the city’s most popular residential neighborhoods,” says Alan Cantlin, senior vice president of Trammell Crow Company. “The open-plan spaces at Boren Lofts are ideally suited for life science companies, providing the ultimate flexibility for planning their office and laboratory spaces.”
Boren Lofts is a core-free building that features 12-foot windows and 15-foot floor-to-floor heights throughout, providing space for the most demanding life science buildouts.
The CBRE team of Scotta Ashcraft and Nick Carkonen are handling the leasing at the property. Boren Lofts was designed by LMN Architects, while Howard S. Wright, a Balfour Beatty company, acted as the project’s general contractor.
