3rd & Lenora’s Office Build Completes Live-Work-Play Scope

Completion of the office component of 3rd & Lenora marks the first foray into residential real estate along with the introduction of a single-building live-work-play environment to the Seattle market, says Martin Selig Real Estate and the Seattle studio of Perkins+Will. The offices feature 11 stories and more than 200,000 square feet with large flexible floorplates, providing custom space options based on size and employee needs.

In addition to the property’s Belltown location, office tenants will have access to a wide array of amenities including 13-foot ceiling heights with views of Elliott Bay as well as the Cascade and Olympic mountain ranges. There are also outdoor spaces for lounging and working on the 12th and 36th floors.

The building is adjacent to major transit stops, along two defined walking routes that connect to Seattle’s new waterfront, and within walking distance of the Pike Place Market, the Olympic Sculpture Park and many retail-tainment offerings.
