Miami-based The Related Group expanded its Phoenix Metro team with the addition of Michael D’Andrea and Ed Ledger, a pair of local real estate development and construction executives. They bring nearly 50 years of combined commercial real estate experience, and will be tasked with leading Related’s market expansion.
D’Andrea, who previously served at Alliance Residential, will lead the office and serve as the Southwest Regional VP overseeing all development activities. Ledger, whose career included stints at JLB Partners and McShane Construction, will assume the role of VP of Construction.
The company also announced the first of three projects in Arizona. The Manor Scottsdale will feature 286 apartments and is set to break ground August 2020. The development will be located at Scottsdale Road and Joan de Arc Avenue, between Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland.
Two additional multifamily projects in the works include one in Phoenix’s Deer Valley scheduled to open in 2022, and another in Chandler scheduled for 2023.
