Two More Towers Top Out at Greenpoint Landing

Brookfield Property Partners and Park Tower Group have topped out two additional residential towers at Greenpoint Landing in Brooklyn. The two new towers, in conjunction with an adjacent seven-story building, will bring a total of 745 units of housing, with 30% below market-rate. The OMA-designed towers, with Beyer Blinder Belle as executive architect, are expected to open spring 2022.

“Greenpoint Landing’s latest phase of development will provide 745 units of much-needed, mixed-income housing to the neighborhood and expand on our promise to build a resilient, green esplanade along the banks of the East River overlooking the iconic Manhattan skyline,” said Maria Masi, SVP, multifamily development at Brookfield.

In addition to mixed-income housing, the new towers will add 8,600 square feet of ground-floor retail and a signature restaurant to the neighborhood. The project’s next phase will expand the existing public waterfront esplanade.
