The Rudin Family secured nearly 94,000 square feet of leases at One Battery Park Plaza in Lower Manhattan

Radancy Will Relocate Headquarters to One Battery Park Plaza

The Rudin Family and partner Allianz Real Estate of America said global talent technology firm Radancy is relocating its corporate headquarters to One Battery Park Plaza, a 35-story, 870,000 square-foot office tower in Lower Manhattan.

Radancy’s new lease encompasses 15,622 square feet on a portion of the 27th floor. The company will move from its current offices at 125 Broad St. in late summer 2021. The company has nine other U.S. offices and eight international locations.

“We’re excited to welcome Radancy to our building at One Battery Park Plaza,” said Michael Rudin, SVP at Rudin Management Company. “This move demonstrates that technology, advertising, media and information (TAMI) tenants remain committed to New York City and Lower Manhattan for the long term.”

Radancy was represented in the five-year transaction by CBRE’s Gerry Miovski, Chris Mansfield and Masha Dudelzak. Building ownership was represented by Kevin Daly, VP of leasing at Rudin Management.
