Long-Running Co-working Space Rebrands as ElevatedNY

The long-running co-working space at Edison Properties’ Hippodrome Building has a new name, ElevatedNY, and a new look. The newly-remodeled space at 1120 Ave. of the Americas spans more than 100,000 square feet, and includes 23 full office suites and 163 private units for smaller units.

Edison COO Jon Dario said ElevatedNY represents “not only a new name for one of the longest-running shared office spaces in New York, but the beginning of a more upscale experience for all of our tenants. By adding these improvements to our unmatched customer service and comprehensive suite of amenities, we can continue to ensure our tenants grow and succeed in this historic building.”

The facility, which includes space on the Hippodrome’s fourth, 15th and 18th floors, has operated as shared office space for 25-plus years. It was formerly known as ReadySet! Offices. Edison also operates co-working facilities in Soho and Inwood.
