Logistics Expert Joins CBRE Global Investors

Mary Lang has joined CBRE Global Investors as a portfolio manager to focus on the firm’s U.S. logistics investment strategies. She will be based at the New York City office.

Before joining CBRE Global Investors, Lang was an SVP for strategic real estate initiatives at Prologis Inc., where she led the global data center business. She launched a global data center conversion strategy, formed a development joint venture to expedite conversion of logistics assets and developed relationships with hyperscale cloud providers for build-to-suit greenfield campus locations.

Lang also led the Americas disposition platform, completing more than $6.75 billion of industrial, retail, office, development and land sales.

Kim Hourihan, CIO − Americas real estate strategies, CBRE Global Investors, said Lang’s “depth of knowledge in the logistics sector will be a great addition to the portfolio team and our strategy more broadly to help deliver on investor needs in this important sector.”
