Prior to Newmark, Martin was a top producing broker at Grubb & Ellis. He was the recipient of the RexCorp’s development deal of the year award, among other recognitions.

“We are pleased to welcome Larry Martin to our team,” said Timothy Greiner, executive managing director, JLL. “Larry is well respected in our industry, will be a strong cultural fit for our organization and he aligns with JLL’s core values of collaboration, ethics, and excellent client service.”
