JLL Adds National Accounts Director in Midtown

Galina Breslav has joined JLL as a director of national accounts for the firm’s office property management group, based in Midtown Manhattan. In this new role, Breslav will serve as a client relations account manager to align JLL’s property management accounts throughout the U.S.
 
Breslav has more than 15 years’ experience in commercial real estate and joins JLL from Nuveen Real Estate, the asset management division of TIAA, where she was a senior director of asset management. She also spent time with TIAA as a finance manager and business unit controller.
 
“Galina brings a wealth of experience, a proven track record of success and an owner-centric perspective to our team,” said Mark Zettl, JLL president of property management. “In this transformative role, she will be instrumental in providing strategic insights to ensure that new products and services are meeting our client’s needs.

About Paul Bubny

Paul Bubny serves as Senior Content Director for Connect Commercial Real Estate, a role to which he brings 16-plus years’ experience covering the commercial real estate industry and 30-plus years in business-to-business journalism.
