Industrious, Rudins Partner on Full-Floor Tribeca Space

Industrious is partnering with The Rudin Family to operate a coworking location at 32 Ave. of the Americas in Tribeca. Industrious will open more than 52,000 square feet in the building, growing its New York City footprint to 11 locations comprising more than 650,000 square-feet.

The 27-story 32 AofA encompasses a full New York City block, and Industrious Tribeca will occupy its entire 13th Floor. The coworking space is expected to accommodate more than 300 employees across nine private offices and suites.

“Rudin Management Company has shown an impressive commitment to New York throughout the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, and we are thrilled to partner with them in bringing our industry-leading workplaces to Tribeca as office workers begin returning to downtown Manhattan,” said Industrious president Justin Stewart. “We fully expect flexible workplace options to be at the center of decision-making in the months ahead for businesses and employees alike.”
